Notice Regarding Hotel Facility Hours During Camp
For all on-site participants:
Due to the hotel being fully reserved during the camp period, operating hours of some facilities will differ from normal. Please see below for details.

Open: July 18 (Fri) — Lunch (light meals): 11:00–13:00 / Drinks until 14:30 -

Notice Regarding Bus Schedule and Fare for Those Boarding at the Tokyo Antioch Church
To all those who have reserved a bus departing from and arriving at the Tokyo Antioch Church for the Hakuba Camp:
This is an announcement from the Bus Committee of the Hakuba Camp Executive Committee.
We would like to inform you of the meeting time, departure time, and fare for the buses departing from and returning to the Tokyo Antioch Church.

Outbound Trip
◉ Tuesday, July 15
Please gather at the Tokyo Antioch Church sanctuary at 8:00 AM. After collecting the bus fare, the bus will depart at 8:30 AM.
Return Trip
◉ Friday, July 18
The return bus is scheduled to depart around 12:00 PM after the conclusion of the camp.
Please note that the departure time may change depending on when the camp ends. Be sure to check for updates on-site.

Bus Fare
◉ Round trip (Adult): ¥8,300
◉ One way (Adult): ¥5,800
◉ Round trip (Child): ¥5,800
◉ One way (Child): ¥3,700
Bus fares will be collected at the church sanctuary prior to boarding the outbound bus. If possible, please prepare the exact amount to avoid the need for change.
Those taking only the return bus will have their fare collected at the hotel by the bus staff.

Please be aware that cancellations made from this point on will incur a 100% cancellation fee (full bus fare).

Notice for On-Site Participants of the Hakuba Camp
To all participants attending the Hakuba Camp in person,
Upon your arrival at the venue, please be sure to submit the “On-Site Arrival Notification Form.”
◆ Check-In
Hotel check-in begins at 3:00 PM.
For those with early check-in arrangements, please receive your room key at the hotel front desk at the designated time.
If payment is required, please make it at the accounting desk.
After 3:00 PM, each participant is kindly asked to receive their room key at the front desk. (Those arriving later in the day should also collect their key at the front desk.) Keys will be distributed per room, so please confirm the number of keys provided.
※ Please make sure to lock your door when leaving your room.
◆ Check-Out
Check-out time is by 10:00 AM.
Please return all room keys together per room either to the front desk or the key return box.
Those attending the Closing Worship Service at 9:00 AM on the final day (July 18) are requested to return their keys before 9:00 AM.
Please note that an additional fee will be charged for check-outs after 10:00 AM.

Notice from the Medical Team to All On-Site Participants of the Hakuba Camp
To all those attending the Hakuba Camp in person:
In preparation for any unexpected accidents or sudden illness during the camp, we kindly ask that you bring the following items:
• Your health insurance card (or My Number health insurance card)
• Your medication record book (okusuri techō)
• Any regular medications you take (especially if you have a chronic condition)
• A thermometer
• Face masks

Call for Orchestra Members to Serve at Hakuba Camp Services
We are now accepting applications for orchestra volunteers to serve during the worship services at the upcoming Hakuba Camp. This opportunity is open to members of all TLEA churches.
Those currently serving in orchestras during worship services, as well as those who have faith and a desire to serve in the orchestra in the future, are welcome to participate.
[Application Deadline: July 9 — Instrument and Advance Registration Required]
Please indicate which of the five services you are available to serve in:
1. Evening Service on July 15
2. Opening Service on July 16
3. Evening Service on July 16
4. Evening Service on July 17
5. Closing Service on July 18
In your application, please include your name, church name, and instrument. A finalized schedule will be provided three days before the camp after adjustments are made.
Please be sure to obtain permission from your church pastor before applying. Group applications by church are appreciated.

Only three weeks remain until the Hakuba Camp, and the deadline for lodging applications is just two weeks away. To ensure smooth preparations—including meal planning by the hotel and the rental of chairs for the assembly hall—we kindly ask all participants to register as early as possible. If you have decided to join the camp, please complete your registration within June. Your cooperation is deeply appreciated.
