竹の子ざんまい   2020/04/27


一昨日、掘り立て竹の子を頂いたので

皮を残して米のとぎ汁で湯がき

竹の子ご飯、竹の子の木の芽和え、竹の子と新玉ねぎの天ぷら、竹の子入り茶碗蒸しをしました。竹の子の甘みがあってとても美味しくいただきました。

春の恵みに感謝！
