今日は本来は大阪府富田林市にある障がい者施設でコンサートの予定でしたが、ノロウィルスが流行ってクリスマス会が中止なりました。
 そのため今日は久しぶりの休日です。ここ最近運動不足と食べ過ぎで3キロ太ってしまいました。という事でジョギングです。
