IMG_5789礼拝からの帰りに寄ったショッピングセンターに、少し前手軽に腹筋ができると話題になったあの商品が展示してあったので、チャレンジしました！　いつも吹奏楽部で腹筋やってるからと軽やかでした（笑）。
